Stuck in Mexico City
¡Hola! from the Chiapas ministry team! We have all arrived safely in Tuxtla by way of adventure in Mexico City. Unfortunately, we missed our flight from Mexico City to Tuxtla due to our Continental flight being late. The airline kindly provided us with room and board in a hotel adjoining the airport until our flight the next morning.
Canyon group
Over the weekend we had the opportunity to tour the “Cañon del Sumidero.” While there, we took a 51-mile, roundtrip boat ride through the Cañon with a stop to kayak, ride a zip line, and fellowship with each other. Sunday morning we attended the church where the Basic Seminar and Children’s Institute will be hosted. After the service we visited three other churches, where we sang and warmly invited them to join us at the seminars.
Presently, we are all studying and preparing for the Children’s Institute and resting up for the busy weeks ahead. Please pray that we have continued good health, unity with one another, and effectiveness in our ministry.
