November 20, 1999, marked the end of over four years of rigorous study and arduous examinations for the charter class of the Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy. In addition to receiving juris doctor degrees, they experienced a meaningful time of prayer and commissioning by their professors and their parents.

She Ran a Good Race and Won a Crown of Life—October

After eight years of service in Russia rendered by thousands of ATI students and families, God chose to take home one of the most dedicated of them all. On the morning of October 2, 1999, Kristin Allen, age 22; her sister Kathryn, age 18; Anya, an orphan girl; and Mrs. Sullivan, a staff mother, were at a bus stop on their way to visit a Russian family.
