Law School’s Second Graduation

Law graduates

The second graduation ceremony of Oak Brook College of Law took place April 15, 2000, at the Oklahoma City Training Center. All graduates received a juris doctor degree, and half the class also received special academic honors. Oklahoma’s Speaker of the House, Loyd Benson, was among the guests who addressed the class.

Law school graduates were given a charge to never forget that they are in a war between good and evil and that in a war the side that takes the initiative has an advantage over the side that is simply defending its ground. They were challenged to take initiative in overcoming evil with good.
