Giving the World a "New" Approach to Life!

"Looking Unto Jesus" at the Big Sandy Family Conference

For families, the annual conferences are special times of fellowship and encouragement around the Word of God. As the IBLP ministry goes through a transition, this fellowship is even more appreciated. In Big Sandy last week, families gathered together to hear a special lineup of speakers point them to Jesus as the focus of their lives, families, and ministries.

Often, life presents questions and problems for which we simply do not have answers; this is what draws us to Jesus, “the author and finisher of our faith” and the One “in whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” If any family is to flourish and be used of God to make disciples in our world today, it will be the result of one thing—their relationship with Jesus. Because of that truth, the focus of this conference was on looking to Jesus in every aspect of our daily lives.

Additional family conferences will be held in Nashville (May 27–30, 2014) and Sacramento (July 1–4, 2014).
