The Shepherds of Christmas Have you ever wondered why God first proclaimed the birth of Jesus to a group of shepherds in the fields near Bethlehem? No doubt, the imagery of a loving shepherd caring for his sheep is a theme in several Scriptural accounts.
As we celebrate Christmas, let us reflect on the many blessings we have received. We celebrate because Light came into the world: Jesus Christ was born! Christ is the Light in our lives, and as believers we have hope in Him.
