On October 12, 2019, hundreds of people gathered in Big Sandy, Texas, for the twentieth ALERT Family Camp. The International ALERT Academy campus was abuzz with happy children riding bikes, young people laughing together, and couples catching up with friends.

On Monday, August 26th, the Northwoods Conference Center bustled to life as one family after another arrived for a week of sweet fellowship, fun memories, and spiritual growth. Michigan welcomed them for what some call “the best time of year in the Upper Peninsula.”

The Scripture being sung brought tears to the eyes of the listeners. With joy and vibrancy, the 2019 Sound Foundations Class musically proclaimed, “Worthy is the Lamb. . . ."

Fifteen young men and two fathers gathered June 15–22 at the Northwoods Conference Center. The purpose of a Journey to the Heart, is a time set-aside from busy schedules for focusing on the Lord and learning to seek Him.

Austin grew up in a loving and solidly Christian home but began to spend time with wrong friends and rebel against his parents.

More than 1,500 men, women, and children from around the country gathered in Big Sandy, Texas, for the Family Conference held April 29–May 4.

“How do I hear from God?” This question was on the hearts and minds of the young men who gathered together for a Journey to the Heart during the last week of March in Big Sandy, Texas.

This February the 2019 Mens' Conference took place in Oak Brook, IL, on February 7–9. Pastor Gary Fraley and Gil Bates spoke several times. Husbands and fathers, were reminded of ways to show love and support to their wives and children.

This year we have planned five conferences in three locations, an air conditioned meeting facility in Big Sandy, a new registration discount, and a Sound Foundations course!

With online training videos, written material and assignments, online group meetings, and accountability for spiritual disciplines, Rise Up will challenge you to encounter God for yourself and see how His personal relationship with you affects every area of your life.

Words can hardly describe the wonder and joy of what God did on the Fall Prison Journey! Approximately 60 volunteers shared the love of Christ to more than 250 inmates in 6 different institutions.

Whether you’re a dad, mom, or single young person, there is a Journey opportunity available for you! An option for families who would like to attend a Journey together is also available.

John Philip Garvin was born in Elyria, Ohio, March 18, 1928, the son of a Baptist minister. Mr. Garvin was eight years old when he asked Jesus Christ to come into his heart to be his Savior and Lord.

“Wagonloads of Blessings” was the theme of this year’s ALERT Family Camp. More than two hundred families gathered in Big Sandy, Texas, from Mexico, Canada, and around the United States to join in the festivities.

The second Northwoods Family Conference of the year took place August 28–31, 2018. Families filled the NWCC to hear several speakers, including Keith & Jenny Daniel who traveled from South Africa.

“Daughters of the King,” from Psalm 45, was the theme of the 2018 COMMIT Conference for mothers and daughters, held recently in Big Sandy, Texas.

IBLP Romania is seeing God’s hand at work! The following is a report from one of the staff members in Romania. Character Training for Teachers Accredited in Romania! Thank you for your prayers for the Lord’s work in Romania. The IBLP ministry has seen much fruit this year, for which we praise and thank God. Now with the nationwide accreditation of the teachers’ character elective, we expect more educators to enroll. The second version of the online platform is finalized also to accommodate the increased number of individuals taking the course this fall.  Earlier this quarter, I had the opportunity to submit to the Minister of Education’s office the Biblically-themed placemats for evaluation. If approved, they will be used by parents and schools that choose to apply them as supplemental material for religion classes! At the beginning of the year, the placemats met with overwhelming approval from one member of the Minister of Education’s office, so we are hopeful that the other members will soon be approving this teaching tool.  Following submission of the placemats, I was invited to present the character training program to sixty officials in charge of Romania’s elective programs.
