On April 29, 2000, 400 guests enjoyed the well-planned apprenticeship fair put on by the Russian orphans at the International Home for Children. Each orphan led a workshop describing a skill that is being taught at this international orphanage.

Twenty-two displays were set up in which orphans explained the technical or practical skills they learned, as well as the Biblical application of these skills to life. The brightness, maturity, and wisdom of the orphans amazed and thrilled the guests.
